RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR HOME PURCHASE

Spain foresaw the possibility to give the residence permit to those foreigners, who buy the house for more than 500.000 euros, who are ready to buy public debt with the amount of more than 2 million euros, also to give residence permits to qualified specialists and investing companies which send their employees to Spain.

 

However, actual immigration law allows to obtain residence permit (without work permit) to those people who can demonstrate their possession of financial resources higher than 2.130 euros monthly, and it will be 532 euros for every member, who travels with him/her, without the necessity of buying any house .
